What’s not to love about Neoregelia pauciflora? This species has beautiful coloration and pattern and there are multiple cultivars available, and mother plants don’t die off so quickly, allowing for large colonies to form. This listing is for the “Scurfy” or “Scurfy Clone”, noted for longer leaves (scurfy actually means “A loose scaly crust coating a surface, especially of a plant.”) Indeed, all Paucifloras have white horizontal banding, particularly on the lower outer leaves, a beautiful and unique trait.
